I am Jill Cook, a Person Centred Counsellor and Supervisor currently working on line and in face to face in North Dorset. In a counselling session I aim to create a space where you can talk openly about the problems and issues that are troubling you.

Counselling is about helping individuals to find their own solutions to the things that are worrying them. These may be current issues, relationship difficulties or work stress for example or they may be things from further back in your life that have come to the surface. Whatever it is that brings you to counselling, I will work with you in a non-judgemental way, helping you towards your own solutions.

Clients come from Mere, Frome, Gillingham, Blandford Forum, Yeovil, Shaftesbury, Sherborne and the surrounding areas when we are able to work face to face.
